 Each mobile pyrolysis unit includes a full set of accessories, maintenance tools, and cleaning supplies, ensuring smooth operation for the first 12 months. Additionally, onsite training and comprehensive training videos are available to provide optimal operational guidance.  

• Biochar Output: Each machine can convert up to 350 metric tons (MT) of biomass per year, yielding an impressive 98 MT of biochar annually (28% conversion rate).
• Revenue Potential: With current market rates, each unit can generate approximately £73,500 from biochar sales annually.
• Onsite training is available upon request, with access to a comprehensive training video for ongoing support. 

 Each biochar plant is designed to support carbon offset initiatives, producing around 245 carbon credits per year per unit. At current rates, this can generate an additional £31,850 in revenue. We also offer carbon credit certification and registry support to streamline the carbon credit process. 

 In addition to biochar, our units produce wood vinegar, yielding approximately 12-20 litres per ton of biomass processed, or around 4,200 liters annually. With growing market demand, this byproduct offers an additional revenue stream of around £63,000 per year.
